Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Yohna Saïdé is a trained violinist.At the conservatories of Lille and Tours, she studied jazz, classical music and Irish music. She obtained her DEM in Jazz violin at the Jazz à Tours school.Over the years, she taught herself singing, guitar, mandolin and piano. She also studied writing, composition, arrangement and later Music for Image at the Jazz à Tours school.

 

Professional musician since 2019, she has participated in numerous stage projects: Ghillie's (Irish music), Stomp It Up (swing), Jungle Head (baroque), Boyle (old-time),Solomon Pico (psyche rock)... Within several projects, she composes, arranges and writes songs. In 2025, Yohna has already shared the stage with Héritage Goldman , Jean-Félix Lalanne, Jean-Marie Ecay , and Eric Gombard, musicians already well-known on national and international stages.

 

 

 

A multifaceted artistic project leader, Yohna Saïdé is a versatile artist who enjoys coordinating the entire artistic direction of her projects.She is the driving force behind Mysterium (musical theater), for which she wrote the musical "Le Conte de la Rose" (The Tale of the Rose) as well as the music for the show.

In 2021, she also created L'Heure Bleue, a project mixing poetry and original songs, inspired by her readings and her personal diaries.

 

Two years later, she co-created the music and dance show "Letters To Erin" for Ghillie's, adapting letters from Irish men and women emigrants written during the Great Famine period, in French and English, and weaving the narrative thread of the show.

 

In 2025, Yohna Saïdé also won first prize in the adult category in a poetry competition organized as part of the Printemps des Poètes 2025 and based on the theme of "volcanic".

Born in a musical family, and having origins from Madagascar, Lebanon and Uruguay, Yohna is attached to the idea that Art is a medium for connecting different cultures around the World, and allows to shape generations and societies of tomorrow.
