Singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and creator of various projects, Yohna Saïdé is a passionate artist who builds connections and creates sonic identities.
Trained violinist, she studied at the conservatories of Lille and Tours, and at Jazz à Tours , where she studied violin, jazz, classical music, and Irish music. Coming from a family full of musicians, and of mixed heritage from Madagascar, Lebanon and Uruguay, Yohna is committed to the idea that art should be an opening to the world and a constant dialogue between content and form.
Yohna played in various musical projects with very eclectic styles: Solomon Pico (psychedelic rock), Ghillie's & Letters To Erin (Irish music and dance), Jungle Head (folk and baroque music), Stomp it Up (1930s Swing), Boyle (Old Time Music), L'Héritage Goldman (Variety & Pop) etc.
