SHOW REEL

Singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and creator of various projects, Yohna Saïdé is a passionate artist who builds connections and creates sonic identities.
Trained violinist, she studied at the conservatories of Lille and Tours, and at Jazz à Tours , where she studied violin, jazz, classical music, and Irish music. Over the years, she taught herself singing, guitar, mandolin, and piano. She also studied writing, composition, and arrangement, and later, film music at Jazz à Tours.
Coming from a family full of musicians, and of mixed heritage from Madagascar, Lebanon and Uruguay, Yohna is committed to the idea that art should be an opening to the world and a constant dialogue between content and form.
Yohna played in various musical projects with very eclectic styles: Solomon Pico (psychedelic rock), Ghillie's & Letters To Erin (Irish music and dance), Jungle Head (folk and baroque music), Stomp it Up (1930s Swing), Boyle (Old Time Music), L'Héritage Goldman (Variety & Pop) etc.

Artistic Journey
